Thank you for expressing your interest to exhibit at the Wyndham Disability Expo 2019. Please complete this short exhibitor form below to help us understand your requirements.

Wyndham Disability Expo aim to empower people with disabilities their families and supporters about disability specific services available in the community. It is vital for everyone to have appropriate information available in the community to be able to make connections that will assist them to prepare for the NDIS

Details for Exhibitors

Cost:    The registration for exhibitors is FREE. Wyndham City supports the registration costs. Registrations close Wednesday 31 July 2019

Space:

  • Trestle table (1.8m long) or space only
  • No table cloths provided, you are welcome to bring your own table cloth
  • You are welcome to bring your organisation display pull up banner.
  • Please ensure the banner fits within your space and is not a trip hazard

Catering: No catering provided. BYO or Café available on site and around the venue

Set up and Pack up: Set up for your stall available from 8:00am ready by 8:45am. Pack up only after 3:00pm. Please ensure staff is available at the exhibitor stall through the event.

Electrical Equipment: Note: All electrical equipment should be tested & tagged. Inspection will be done before the start of the event and refused if test & tag is not valid.

Car Parking: Onsite and off-street parking available

Speed Networking:  You will have an opportunity for 2 minutes to speed networking about your organisation and services between 9am-10am.

Expo: You will be available at your designated table/space between 9am-3pm

Information Sessions: Short Information Sessions will also be conducted during the Expo on topics such as ‘Creating Inclusive Communities’, Understanding the basics of the NDIS and 'Support to prepare for transition to the NDIS'.
