COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. This competition is run by Wyndham City Council (‘Council’) in the state of Victoria, Australia only.
  1. By entering this competition, you agree to accept these terms and conditions of entry.  If your entry does not comply with these conditions, it will not be valid and will not be accepted.
  1. Entry is restricted to Wyndham residents aged 18 years and over.  Council staff, Councillors and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
  1. To enter the competition, entrants must subscribe to Wyndham News e-newsletter at www.wyndham.vic.gov.au/subscribe-wyndham-enewsletters using a valid email address between 12pm, Thursday 20 June to 12.30pm, Wednesday 25 July.
  1. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
  1. Council accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, invalid or corrupt entries.
  1. Winners will be drawn on Thursday 25 June at Council’s Civic Centre, 45 Princes Highway, Werribee.  Six winners will be drawn to receive a $50 voucher each to 1 voucher: Little Growling Café, 1 voucher: Waterstone Café, 1 voucher: Notorious Espresso, 1 voucher: Jock & Mack and 1 voucher: Morris & Heath (‘prize’).  Refer to Little Growling Café, Waterstone Café, Notorious Espresso, Jock & Mack and Morris & Heath website for their terms and conditions for redemption of vouchers.
  1. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
  1. Winners will be contacted by email on Thursday 26 July 2019. 
  1. If a winner cannot be contacted by 5pm Wednesday 31 July, Council may opt to conduct a further draw to determine a new winner.
  1. If a prize has not been claimed by Wednesday 7 August, the winner will be deemed to have surrendered the prize and Council may opt to conduct a further draw to award the unclaimed prize.
  1. Council may require the winner to provide evidence of their identity, age or residence.  If there is a dispute as to the identity of the winner, Council reserves the right, in its entire discretion, to determine the identity of the winner.
  1. Council’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
