Why join in?

Physical activity is an important tool to help support our health and mental wellbeing. Getting active is a great way to boost energy before or after school and work, break up long periods of sitting allowing us to re-focus, or just a way to enjoy a bit of fun during the current lockdown.

The Challenge encourages kids and adults to try something new, discover ways to change current activities or simply keep enjoying the things we love doing already. The Challenge is a great way to record how active we have been across a 2-week period. Get active once, twice or every day, it all counts!

Let’s also discover which local government area can be the most active in the west!

All submissions can choose to enter the prize draw to win one $250 Bike Voucher from Inner West Community Bike Hub or one of fifteen $50 Rebel Sport Vouchers.
