Writing Workshop - Writing for Competition

Looking for the skills and techniques to write the perfect writing piece for competition?  

Learn to write for competition from award winning author, editor and teacher Amra Pajalic.  Gain the skills on how to perfect your prose for competition entry.  

You will learn how to: 

• Research competition guidelines to set yourself up for success. 

• Understand story narrative-orientation, rising tension climax, falling action and resolution. 

• Undertake writing exercises to write an effective orientation, climax and resolution. 

• Incorporate writing strategies to develop vivid prose through writing activities. 

• Revise your piece to meet the word count.
