Youth Services provides information, programs, events and assistance for young people aged 12 to 25 years of age.

The Youth Resource Centre is located at 86 Derrimut Rd, Hoppers Crossing (Opposite AquaPulse) and is open weekdays 9am - 6pm (Excluding public holidays).

Note: Youth Services caters for all dietary/allergy needs including Halal, vegetarian and vegan.

Girls Night

A girls only program with centre-based activities and excursions.   The program is a great opportunity to try something different, chill out, have a bite to eat and meet some new friends.  For girls aged 12-17 years.

Dad Space

The free Dad Space program welcomes dads, dads to be, carers and guardians up to the age of 25 to come together in a supported group on your journey of parenthood.

The Urban Program runs every Tuesday night during the school term from the second week. (Tuesday 25 July - 19 Septembere)

Kick back, create great art, hang with your friends and enjoy a snack.

It's free for young people aged 15-25 years.

Bump, Baby and Beyond

The Bump, Baby & Beyond Program is a FREE service (small fee for some excursions) that is offered to pregnant and/or parenting young females up to the age of 25 years who live, work or study in Wyndham City.

We provide support to pregnant and parenting women with the opportunity for personal development, social support and participation in recreational activities. You are welcome to attend with or without your child/ren.

Need Transport To and From Program? We offer FREE transport to program participants who do not have access to private or public transport. Transport must be booked by 12pm the day before program, by calling Youth Services on 8734 1355.

The Q program is for young people aged up to 25 years who might be gay, lesbian, bisexual, trans, intersex, pan sexual, questioning (gender and/or sexuality) or straight.

Friday Night Events

Friday Night Events are for young people aged 12-17 years.  There are usually two events held throughout the term at various locations throughout . 

Each event night has a special theme.  It's a great opportunity for young people to have a night out and meet some new friends in a safe and supervised environment.

Fire and Ice - Winter Dance Party

Celebrate winter at our Fire and Ice Winter Dance Party!  Featuring DJ Darci Farncois.  Drinks and Snacks available for sale.  A fully supervised drug, alcohol and smoke free event.

 

1eight2five

Are you aged between 18-25 years of age?  Would you like to meet other young people and be part of fun activities?  We're running a range of activities for young people with a range of abilities.

The purpose of the program is to give young people the opportunity to get together in a social setting and meet young people their age whilst enjoying an outing.  Outings include; trips out for dinner and the movies, social get-togethers and more.

Open Mic Night - FReeZA Event

Paradox is opening up the stage and calling all local talent to showcase your talents at the Youth Resource Centre - 86 Derrimut Rd, Hoppers Crossing.

Whether you're a solo act, a band, a hip-hop crew, an instrumentalist, a slam poet, a comedian or a spoken word artists - We're keen to see you take the stage!

Acts must be aged 12-25 years.
Entry is $2.   Doors @ 6pm

This is a drug, smoke and alcohol free event. Management reserves the right to refuse entry - No Passouts.

The FReeZA Push Start Comp showcases young musicians from around Victoria, giving them the opportunity to perform, gain local exposure, and win their way to a spot on the Grand Final line up.

This event is fully supervised drug, smoke and alcohol free - for young people aged 12-25 years.
