A Free Wyndham City Event
Free live music under the stars?
Friday nights have never looked so good! Bring a picnic blanket and relax in Werribee City Centre's Pop Up Park this summer, with all-ages concerts every Friday night from 10 – 31 January, including major headline acts and local talent.
Pete Murray is one of Australia’s most-loved and respected singer songwriters, with five hit records and more than a million album sales to date. The talented musician has also achieved plenty of multi-platinum singles with hit singles like ‘So Beautiful’, ‘Opportunity’ and crowd favourites ‘Better Days’, ‘Connected’ and ‘Always a Winner’. Murray released his most recent album, Camacho, in mid-2017 to popular acclaim and is currently working on new music to share with his adoring fan base.
Supporting local artists will include Michelle Gardiner, DJ Raas Masters and more.
The fun starts at 5.30pm – bring the kids and catch up with friends.
Food and Drinks
Hungry? Order dinner to go from the city’s cafes and restaurants to enjoy alfresco, relax in the pop up licensed bar, or bring your own picnic (BYO alcohol is not permitted).
- Visitors are encouraged to bring along picnic blankets or low-backed chairs, or settle in on the grass.
- Seating is not allocated so please keep your neighbours and their view in mind.
- As the night wears on, you’ll find there’s a whole lot of fun and dancing in front of stage. You may like to think about what you’re keen to do during the night, when you settle in.
- Event umbrellas are fixed into the ground but will be tied down before the headline act.
