Monday is strength day - upper body or lower body Tuesday is fitness day Wednesday is strength day again - opposite of Mondays session Thursday is my popular Low-Intensity Steady State recovery day - low impact gentle on joints but guaranteed to get the muscles moving and the fat burn happening. Friday is Fit & Fun variety each week.
