Justice of the Peace - Hoppers Crossing - Thursdays

A justice of the peace is authorised to witness and sign statutory declarations and affidavits and to certify copies of original documents. Justice of the Peace services include:

• Attesting the execution of a document
• Witnessing an affidavit for use in court
• Witnessing a statutory declaration
• Certifying a true copy of an original document
• Attesting a power of attorney
• Certifying a person’s identity

Maximum time per patron is 15 minutes. No bookings, just wait your turn.
