Explore the beautiful Victoria State Rose Garden, spread over six acres with 5,000 roses on display. The garden is open all year round, and roses are in full bloom between November and April. 

Shadowfax Winery

A short stroll from Werribee Mansion, Shadowfax Winery offers a cellar door, restaurant and underground barrel hall. Enjoy a Mediterranean inspired lunch, or pick up a Picnic Box packed full of seasonal produce.

The Refectory Parlour

Picnic hampers are also available from The Refectory Parlour. This new garden-style cafe and wine bar is located in the west wing of Werribee Mansion, you can dine under the Mansion eves or alfresco throughout the surrounding grounds of Werribee Park.

Adults only popsicles, gin and tonic, and a range of specialty and seasonal cocktails are also on offer. Picnic blankets, cushions and umbrellas are available to hire giving groups of friends everything they need to enjoy a decadent picnic surrounded by heritage gardens.


Lancemore Mansion Hotel Werribee Park

The luxurious 5-star Lancemore Mansion Hotel is the icing on the cake for a stylish extended girls’ getaway. The onsite restaurant, Joseph’s Restaurant Bar, provides plenty of dining experiences.
