The 2021 WYNnovation Summit provides local businesses and budding entrepreneurs with the opportunity to hear from some of Australia’s best speakers, this year virtually from the comfort of your own home or office!

With a focus on ‘REGENERATION’, the impressive line-up of keynote speakers will aim to inspire, educate and energize through interesting and insightful presentations.

Presented by Wyndham City and proudly supported by Major Sponsor Victoria University Polytechnic, this popular annual event on the Wyndham local business calendar is once again a not to be missed opportunity. Local businesses have the opportunity to attend FREE of charge in 2021, with tickets for non Wyndham local businesses available via Eventbrite.

He’s also the author of The Advertising Effect and part of The Australian Creatives’ ‘Power 20’; A regular on the Gruen Transfer and featured on The Project, Celebrity Apprentice and ABC Radio. Current Work: The creator of the idea behind the WARC World Innovation prize (2013), and winner of the rare Cannes Gold Lion and Gold Effie double, Adam has won at all of the world major advertising shows. A specialist in disruptive strategy, a private company director and advocate for social and economic inclusion, Holly Ransom is recognized globally for her super-human ability to synthesize and simplify complex issues, and create engaging, thought-provoking conversation.

An in-demand keynote speaker, Holly breaks open obscure technical language and ambiguous challenges to ignite inclusive debate and drive pragmatic responses. Having presented over 500 sessions across six continents in the past three years to corporate, public and not-for-profit audiences, Holly brings high energy and a strong new voice to the topics of leadership, culture and innovation. As founder and CEO of renowned consulting firm Emergent, Holly has partnered with clients such as P&G, Microsoft, Virgin, Cisco and across all levels of government to catalyse new strategic thinking, build innovative workplace cultures and to help leaders prepare for the employment, consumer and community challenges created by the rapid evolution of both technology and society.

In 2019 she was awarded the US Embassy’s Eleanor Roosevelt Award for Leadership Excellence. Identified early as a dynamic leader by the Australian Prime Minister, Holly was asked to Co-Chair the G20 Youth Summit in 2014, the United Nations Coalition of Young Women Entrepreneurs in 2016, and is the youngest Director to have been appointed to an Australian Football Club. CAROLYN CRESWELL

Carolyn Creswell is an inspirational leader whose success proves that you can run a multinational business, love what you do and have a genuine work-life balance. As an 18-year-old university student, Carolyn Creswell founded Carman’s in 1992. She bought the tiny business for $1,000. In 2020 Carman’s proudly celebrated its 28th birthday and is Australia’s number one selling muesli brand along with being a leader of deliciously good for you bars and nutritional snacks.

From humble beginnings where Carolyn used to park her tiny Daewoo alongside semi-trailers in supermarket loading docks, Carolyn’s determination and focus on producing quality products using whole foods, has seen Carman’s build a strong following in more than 30 countries around the world. Carolyn’s passion for healthy food made from real ingredients has cemented Carman’s reputation as a food brand that customers around the world can trust to be natural, healthy and delicious. As a proud mother of four children aged 16 and under, Carolyn understands the importance of producing nourishing foods for herself and her family and applies this to every Carman’s recipe.

Jessica Cleary is a psychologist, founding Director of the Hopscotch & Harmony psychology clinics in Melbourne and Geelong, and the mother of three children.

Jessica and her team of clinicians have worked with thousands of children, teens and adults regarding social, emotional and behavioural challenges. The dedication and passion Jessica and her team have for well-being has been recognised at both a local and national level with Hopscotch & Harmony winning multiple awards and being classified as national finalists for their provision of allied health services.

With a background in organisational psychology, Jessica provides professional supervision to leaders in the corporate and educational sectors. She also delivers workshops to staff on topics such as burnout prevention, communication skills, work/life balance, parenting stress, self-care and team harmony.

Her online workshops, courses and membership program have helped individuals and teams around the world learn about stress, anxiety, self-compassion, trauma and behaviour in workplace, home and educational settings.
