Carolyn Creswell is an inspirational leader whose success proves that you can run a multinational business, love what you do and have a genuine work-life balance. Jessica Cleary is a psychologist, founding Director of the Hopscotch & Harmony psychology clinics in Melbourne and Geelong, and the mother of three children.

With a background in organisational psychology, Jessica provides professional supervision to leaders in the corporate and educational sectors.
