Walking is an accessible form of exercise for all ages and abilities that in just 30 minutes per day (or broken up into three 10 minute sessions) can significantly reduce the risk of heart disease, stroke, and Type 2 diabetes. It can help to manage and lower weight, maintain bone density, improve balance and coordination to reduce the risk of falls in the elderly, and improve daily mood and overall mental health.

Wyndham is eminently walkable with sealed and safe footpaths, multitude green spaces, parks and reserves, and many dedicated walking trails.

Walking Trails

Visit the Bike Paths and Walking Trails page for route descriptions and maps of Wyndham’s many scenic shared trails, many of which connect to other paths and points of interest.
