The Engineering Design and Construction Manual for Subdivision in Growth Areas was finalised in April 2011, to standardise engineering requirements for subdivision development across all of Melbourne’s growth area councils.

Functional Layout Plans

Functional Layout Plans are required to be prepared and lodged to Wyndham City for all large scale subdivisions in accordance with the relevant planning permit condition. 

Section 5 of the Engineering Design and Construction Manual makes reference to the overall principles, submission process and response timelines.
