Wyndham City has a strong track record of delivering quality Major events for the region. The dedicated events team at Wyndham maintains a focus on attracting visitors through the region by staging major events. Wyndham City Council’s event portfolio includes:

  • Wyndham Pet & Animal Expo - Sunday 17 September 2017
  • Children’s Week Picnic - Sunday 22 October 2017
  • State Rose and Garden Show - Sat & Sun, 11-12 November 2017
  • Australia Day - Friday 26 January 2018
  • Fromage a Trois - Sunday 8 April 2018

Applications for food vendors to be considered for these council events are now open, closing Friday 7 July.

Food Vendor Applications Now Open

Food vendors are now invited to submit an expression of interest application form to cater for the upcoming events. On the application form you can indicate which events you would like to apply for. Applications close on Friday 7 July, when all applications will be assessed and shortlisted for each event. Council reserves the right to select food vendors they deem most suitable for each event.  All applicants will be advised of their success.

Applications open: Wednesday 29 May, 2017
Applications close: Friday 7 July, 2017
Applicants notified: Week commencing Monday 17 July.

Successful Applicants

Successful applicants will be notified of their successful applications. Once the applicant confirms they are still available for the event they have been successful for, an invoice for the site fee will be posted out which must be paid within 30 days. Failure to pay this invoice will result in cancellation.

Unsuccessful Applicants

Unsuccessful applicants will be notified of their unsuccessful application and where possible provided feedback on why their application has been unsuccessful. No further applications or food vendors will be sought after this application process for the 2017-2018 season unless there is a cancellation.

Should a vendor withdraw from an event within 28 days of the event date their site fee will be forfeited.

Food Safety & Streatrader

All exhibitors providing food or beverage products must be registered with Streatrader and must comply with the requirements of the Food Standards code.
