Keen to grow and regenerate your business?

Apply for the 2021 Innovate to Regenerate Business Growth Program if you would like support to develop a business growth plan and emerge as a stronger business post COVID-19.

This popular FREE program will be the seventh in Wyndham City’s unique ‘Innovate’ series.

When:  24 March 2021 to 28 May 2021
Participants: 10 local businesses will be selected
Program Structure:  6 group sessions plus 20 hours of individual business coaching per business.

We are looking for motivated, committed and ambitious business owners who can commit the time to the program and are open to business coaching.

We are particularly keen to support those businesses that were in growth mode before the pandemic and now see the opportunity to turn the current, challenging circumstances into a commercial opportunity and to their business advantage.

Only one business owner per business can participate in the group sessions.  However, by arrangement a business partner may be able to join you in the business coaching sessions.

By the end of the program you should have a clear growth plan for your business. Download a program flyer for further information.

Testimonials from graduates of the 2020 Innovate to Regenerate program include:

An amazing opportunity to collaborate with such incredibly knowledgeable people such as Adrian who created a supportive space to challenge your boundaries and beliefs in your business to the next level and beyond. All whilst experiencing a turbulent world with the closure of our business due to the Covid pandemic and creating hope and excitement on the other side.

The Innovate to Regenerate initiative by the Wyndham City Council has been one of the few highlights of the last few pandemic months. In an otherwise gloomy and economic environment, this program has helped me focus on positive and strategic opportunities to emerge from the lockdown; network with fellow business professionals and interact with coaches and trainers who are helping me grow from a manager to a leader.

Duncan Vincent, MBE Point Cook

This is such a wonderful program to support the local business community. With one-on-one sessions and great advice from the coaching team, it has helped my business get the right tools to grow.

Lily, Mademoiselle Organic

I was fortunate to have the opportunity to be part of 2020 Wyndham City Innovate to Regenerate Program. It has been an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to grow, evolve, adapt and is not afraid of stepping out of their comfort zone to challenge themselves in order to grow personally and professionally. The program has allowed and triggered me to think outside the box and look at my business in other perspective. The whole program was very well organised and engaging. The best part was, the learning has not only benefitted myself, but my team too.”

Amol Kasaju, Quest Werribee

I found the Innovate to regenerate program run by Wyndham City Council was exactly what my business needed to put a growth plan in place so we can achieve our goals for the future.

Emily, Perfect Party Supplies

Covid-19 helped us to pivot from being a traditional printing business to a boutique greeting cards firm. The Innovate to Regenerate program business coaches helped us to focus our efforts in gradually scaling the business by cautiously choosing the right sales channels. Using our unique ability to print on wood veneers we partnered with design agencies and created a new range of products in the market. The program also gave us an opportunity to connect with other local Wyndham businesses!

Vivek Panchakshari Director of Greenigo, an eco-friendly printing on wood veneer firm

This program has been invaluable for our business, not only in gaining knowledge but also realising our potential. It has given us clarity as to where we are currently and where we want and can be in the near future as well as long term. Innovate to Regenerate has helped us identify our existing assets and develop from these; it has also provided the necessary tools to make better decisions, enhance our performance, and how we can best implement improvements for growth in order to leverage our business.
