Wunder Gym x Melbourne Design Week x The Melbourne Art Book Fair 

The No Shit Wunder Gym program comprises of four main elements:

  • A mentored creative response to a provocation;
  • Responses showcased in a publication;
  • Launch of the publication as part of Melbourne Design Week 2022; and
  • Distribution of the publication at The Melbourne Art Book Fair 2022.

Annette Wagner’s Wunder Gym has partnered with Wyndham City to present No Shit, a creative development program nurturing emerging creatives.  Program participants will be responding to writer Fatima Measham’s essay No Shit and mentored by artist, writer and Deakin University’s Public Art Commission ‘Treatment’ co-curator Cameron Bishop.

Further benefits include:

  • Interaction with the mentoring artist via the Wunder Gym community online channels and at a Q&A event that offers feedback and conversation
  • A supportive creative arts community
  • Access to publication of work to build artist’s CV
  • Promotion of the publication, leveraged by its members and the mentoring artist
