Community input is increasingly important as we move towards improving service delivery and how we connect with each other using digital technology. We want to know what’s important to the community to help shape Council services, now and into the future.

Council is trialing a new initiative and some residents will be receiving a brochure or email with some more information.

Wyndham City now offers ratepayers the opportunity to receive payment notices via email with an incentive for those who sign up by 31 July 2017 to go into the draw to win the major prize, an iPhone 7. Community feedback is also sought about whether Council can use digital technology to improve service delivery.

Council understands that the community wants a faster and better service. That is why Council is taking the first steps towards Digital Wyndham.

Rates notices are now available via email. Ratepayers now have the opportunity to go paperless and have the convenience of receiving quarterly rates notices via email. Sign up to go into the draw to win some great prizes including the major prize, an iPhone 7.
