Wyndham City’s free Australia Day program on 26 January 2023 will be held in the beautiful grounds of Wyndham Park, with a huge morning of family-friendly entertainment.
Residents will be able to get together with friends and family for a morning of live music, kids’ activities and roving performances from 8.30am – 11.30am.
This free event will provide an opportunity for the community to come together in Wyndham Park and enjoy a performance by The Mik Maks, funky Latin beats, stilt walkers and salsa dancing, circus performers and craft workshops for kids.
There will also be hands-on fun with Born in a Taxi’s Cirque Disarray show – where the children are the stars, bubble fun with Dr Hubble, circus performances from Dandyman and Sam Star and native seedlings to take home.
Pack your picnic blanket and enjoy a leisurely morning with food available for purchase from onsite food trucks or stop into your favourite local café. Picnics are also welcome.
The Australia Day in Wyndham program will also include the presentation of the 2023 Citizen of the Year Awards – recognising the outstanding service of community members who make Wyndham a better place.
Wyndham Park is located in close proximity to free public car parking and public transport access via Werribee Train Station.
