The Wyndham Integrated Water Cycle Management Plan (IWCMP), adopted at the Ordinary Council Meeting on 4th July 2017, outlines Wyndham City’s plan to manage water supply and quality over the years to come. The Plan recognises the social, economic, & environmental values of water to its community.

Through this plan, Council aims to achieve a holistic approach to water management. The objectives for this plan are set around creating a resilient & liveable city, and improving the health and amenity of Wyndham’s waterways through a more collaborative approach.

Under these objectives the plan presents actions and targets for Council to achieve within a 2020 - 2040 timeframe revolving around providing access to water for the community, allowing for greener parks, protecting Wyndham’s waterways and water resources, and increasing the use of alternative water resources.
