12RND Fitness is a 45 minute workout involving 12 rounds of high intensity interval training, that gives you a full body workout each & every time you train.
Working out for 3 minutes on each round with 30 second rest between rounds, it's a proven workout to improve your fitness & is suitable for all ages & fitness levels.
Workouts include boxing skills & drills, cardio & functional strength training & exercises.
Because of our unique format there are literally no set class times. With a new round starting every 3 minutes you can get in, have a great workout and be finished within 45 minutes.
Our trainers are there with you every step of the way. Their job is to motivate, guide and support you through every single workout.
