Wyndham City Council is committed to improving the health of our waterways by upgrading existing stormwater treatment wetlands to current best practice standards.
For this project the successful tenderer will be expected to undertake construction works to rectify and improve the stormwater treatment wetlands located at Lysterfield Walk, Manor Lakes and Amber Place, Wyndham Vale.
A detailed design specification has been prepared which describes the work, including excavation, remodelling and replanting of the wetland basin, upgrading access, stormwater entry/exit points and landscaping of the reserve. Works at Amber Place wetland will also require replacement of the existing Gross Pollutant Trap and boardwalk supply and construction.
Construction is likely to commence February 2022, with a one-year maintenance period post construction also required.
