Invitation to Tender

The Wyndham City Depot is over 30 years old and has had minimal upgrade works over this time. It is intended to continue to maintain this facility for another 10-15 years. The aim of these works is to upgrade primary building services to be able to meet the anticipated operational period. These works are focused on the Administration Building only.

A summary of works to be undertaken in this contract include:

  • Mechanical services upgrade and modification, including building management system;
  • Electrical main switchboard replacement, including provision for temporary generator connection point and electrical metering of sub-main supplies;
  • Suspended ceiling replacement with new electrical lighting, including new emergency and exit lighting.

Late, emailed and facsimiled tenders will not be accepted. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
