Wyndham City Council ("Council") gives notice under section 115(4) of the Local Government Act 2020 (“Act”) that it proposes to enter into leases with Powercor Australia Ltd (Tenant) at the below sites.

The principle terms of the Lease agreements will be as follows:

Site for the switching station upgrade and for other purposes incidental to the use and operation of the Equipment.

Any person may provide feedback on the proposal. Feedback must be received by no later than 5:00pm on 16 August 2021.

Please note that any feedback received will be included as part of the Council report that will be tabled at the Council meeting for which the above proposal will be considered.
