Notice Of Intention To Lease
Wyndham City Council ("Council") gives notice under section 190 of the Local Government Act 1989 (“Act”) that it proposes to enter into a lease with One Tree Community Services ABN 74 9145 673 13 ("Proposal") for part of the building at 19 Communal Road, Wyndham Vale 3024 being on the land contained in volume 12020 folio 963.The principal terms of the lease will be:
- A term of Five (5) years and Six (6) months.
- Commencing rent at a rate consistent with the proposed Early Years Partnership Framework and Costing Model, commencing 1 July 2019.
- Outgoings and other charges payable by the tenant.
- The permitted use is: Provide Integrated Early Childhood Education and Care Services.
Any person may make a submission to the proposal. Submissions must be received by no later than 17 May 2019.
Any person making a submission is entitled to request in the submission that they wish to appear in person, or to be represented by a person specified in the submission, at a meeting to be heard in support of that submission. Such persons will be notified of the day, time and place of the meeting of the Council or of a committee determined by the Council to hear submissions.
If you wish to be heard at the Council meeting in person, or be represented by a person specified in the submission, you must state this in your written submission.
Please note that copies of submissions (including submitters’ names and addresses) will be made available at the Council meeting at which the above proposal will be considered. Council is also required to make any written submissions available for public inspection for a period of twelve months.
All submissions will be considered in accordance with section 223 of the Act.
