Surveyors from Metropolis Research will be knocking on doors across Wyndham, asking residents for their feedback on Council services over the coming months (October – November) as part of the Annual Community Satisfaction Survey.
The survey will be conducted as door to door interview style surveys of 1,200 households drawn randomly across the municipality.
The survey aims to understand community satisfaction across a number of key areas, from Council’s customer experience and service delivery, to our performance and strategic delivery. There will also be questions around community safety, healthy living and travel.
The survey will help Council understand what we’re doing well, where we can improve, and how to better plan to meet the needs of residents.
Interviewers will be undertaking the survey will hold clear identification cards with both Wyndham and Metropolis logos while conducting interviews. Results will be available in December 2018.
Residents who participate in this survey can register their interest to attend additional focus groups in early 2019 where they will further discuss their satisfaction with Council services.
