Animals
There are many good reasons to own pets, but there are also many responsibilities to ensure your pet is cared for properly and is not a nuisance to other residents.
This information explains the responsibilities of pet owners.
For further information on responsible pet ownership, download a copy of Keeping Pets in Wyndham Brochure or phone Council's Legislative Services Unit on 9742 0811.
Further Information
As part of Wyndham City Councils Cat Management Strategy, we are offering free cat registration and micro chipping.
Registering your dog and cat ensures that it will not be mistaken for a stray.
Dogs must be on leads when away from home, however there are a number of designated areas for them to exercise off-lead.
