If you believe the amount shown as owing on the property is incorrect, please telephone 9742 0777 and ask for the Rates Department. Alternatively you may visit the Council Civic Centre, 45 Princes Hwy Werribee between 8am and 5pm, Monday - Friday to discuss your notice in person. Please ensure you bring any documentation that may support your claim that the monies owing is incorrect.
VALUATIONS
There is a process that allows for a review of your valuation if you believe it to be necessary. The information required differs depending on whether it is a residential, commercial / industrial or rural property. If you believe the property value shown on your rates notice to be incorrect, please download and fill in the form below and return to Council.
