Under Local Law 11, Part 3, a person must not light or use an incinerator or light a fire outdoors unless the person has a permit.
The requirement to obtain a permit does not apply to a person using a gas barbecue.
A person granted a permit to use an incinerator or light a fire outdoors must also comply with any requirements in the Community Amenity Policy.
