The objectives of Local Law 13 is to provide peace order and good government of Wyndham City by regulating and controlling the use of recreation vehicles to ensure that:
- the amenity of the area is not affected by the use of recreation vehicles;
- a nuisance is not caused to adjoining owners or occupiers; and
- obstructions or dangers are not caused to others because of the use of recreation vehicles.
and provide the administration of the Council's powers and functions.
