Your City, Your Say
Wyndham City Council upholds any members’ right to participate in the development and management of the community.
Council currently conducts community consultation using a number of methods including surveys, focus groups and community reference groups such as Park Improvement Program and Local Area Traffic Management plans.
Consultation is a central principle in sound planning and decision making. It allows Council to make informed decisions about issues which affect its citizens. The consultation process aims at allowing opportunity for citizens to be informed and to make their concerns heard and be taken into account, before Council makes a final decision.
