Recording a Complaint to Council
As proud as we are of the service we provide, sometimes unfortunately, things go wrong.
So if you are not fully satisfied with a service Council has provided then we at Wyndham Council welcome the opportunity to try and resolve the situation. So don’t just tell your friends, tell us. This will ensure we can rectify the situation and improve our services for everyone.
To record a complaint to Council, you can:
- Contact Council directly (click here for Council's contact details). Our staff will be happy to discuss your concerns with you. If the matter cannot be resolved on the spot you will be advised of the next steps we will take.
- Fill in the online feedback / request form below
Complaint Process
It is important to take your matter to the responsible officer first before the matter can be taken further. However if you are still unhappy you can request the complaint be directed to the Customer Service Coordinator who will investigate the issue with the responsible manager to gain a resolution. If the matter is still not resolved to your satisfaction the complaint will be directed to the Chief Executive Officer who will investigate the matter and provide a response.
