Wyndham City Council recognises the substantial contribution made by the wide range of clubs, community groups and organisations that operate in the municipality.
It also recognises how difficult it can be for potential volunteers to find information on the extensive choice of volunteering opportunities available in the local community.
To assist residents make informed decisions about their preferred area of volunteering, Council developed a Volunteer Agency Database.
The database provides information on a varied range of local volunteer opportunities. Residents can link into their preferred area of volunteering, using existing skills or exploring and developing new ones.
"Not for profit" organisations and community groups who utilise volunteer support and operate within the municipality of Wyndham are encouraged to register their organisation’s volunteer opportunities on the Wyndham City Council site – Free of Charge!
