Wyndham PROUD is the name given to projects which support community members to take an active role in their safety.
Wyndham PROUD – CSRP, encourages residents to report safety concerns on their street or neighbourhood to Council. This information is then forwarded to relevant departments and works are initiated if applicable.
Some safety issues you may wish to report to Council include:
- Street signage - damaged, missing, obscured
- Street lighting - damaged, obscured
- Graffiti on Council property - bins, playgrounds, buildings
- Street trees - damaged, overhanging, exposed tree roots
- Footpaths - lifting over 3cm causing hazard
- Kerbs and drains - damaged, blocked
