Prior to granting Health Act Registration, appropriate plans must be lodged and approved by Council's Environmental Health Unit.   The premises must then be inspected by an Environmental Health Officer and an approved Health Act Certificate issued, inorder to operate legally.

Until your application, for registration, is approved by Council's Environmental Health Unit, you must not commence operations.
