There are two cemeteries in the Wyndham muncipality. The locations are:

Truganina Cemetery
Woods Road, Truganina

Mausoleum: A community mausoleum was officially opened on 21 June, 2002, at Werribee Cemetery. The building includes a courtyard, chapel and colonnade crypts.
