Council offers support to frail aged people, people with disabilities and respite for carers through a range of planned activities and excursions. Following are details of these programs.

Access for All Abilities Program at the YMCA
YMCA Werribee Sports and Fitness Centre delivers a recreation program for all abilities in the City of Wyndham. For further details, click here.
Carer Support Group
The Carer Support Group meets on the third Tuesday of every month at 1 - 3pm. For further information, click here.
Come & Meet
The program, held on a monthly basis, meets the needs of those elderly citizens who are isolated, for various reasons, to come together.
Community Aged Care
Community Aged Care services assist frail aged people who live at home.
Community Transport Service
Council provides three buses for aged residents and residents with a disability to help them attend social and community activities.
Delivered Meals
Meals are delivered to residents’ homes by Council staff and volunteers.
Disability Services
Council provides information about a variety of activities available in Wyndham and surrounding areas, for people of all abilities, dependencies and requirements.

A range of Home and Community Care (HACC) services to residents who require assistance to continue living at home.
Home Maintenance
Assistance for frail elderly people and people with disabilities to remain in their homes in a safe and secure environment.
Lunch with the Bunch
"Lunch with the Bunch" is a social support program that allows frail aged people and people with a disability who are socially isolated to meet over a meal.
Older Adults Social Support
Recreational, social support services and networks for older adults.
Planned activity groups
Formerly ADASS, these groups offer support to frail aged people, people with disabilities and respite for carers.

Seniors Information Victoria
Seniors Information Victoria Seniors Information Victoria is a free and confidential information and advisory service provided by Council on the Ageing (Victoria) for older people, their relatives, friends and the wider community.
Volunteer program
Volunteers assist people to take part in a range of Council programs such as Community Meals, Meals on Wheels and social outings.
