Our Staff Christmas Club allows our employees to nominate an amount to be deducted from their fortnightly pay which will then be deposited back in to their account in the last pay schedule in November

Confidential support when it’s needed
Wyndham’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a counselling service available for employees and their immediate families to seek professional assistance for any personal and/or work related problems which may affect employees.  

Wyndham’s EAP program also includes a Peer Support Program which provides employees with support on issues by a specially trained co-worker who also undertakes the role of Contact Officer. They provide a listening ear, give advice or refer you to professional assistance.

Not only do our full time banded employees benefit from a 9 day fortnight but we also offer all of our staff ways in which to enjoy this time. The Wyndham Leisure and Events Centre currently offer Wyndham City use of their fitness facilities at a corporate membership rate.

Wyndham provides a range of employee health and fitness opportunities within the workplace.  These are paid for by the employee and undertaken in the employee’s own time, however they are at corporate rates and at convenient times and locations.  These activities are changed throughout the year, and can include activities such as walking groups, yoga and tai chi.

Lunchtime seminars are arranged throughout the year to provide health related information for all Wyndham employees.  Topics include nutrition and healthy eating, stress management, carer responsibilities, and gender specific health related topics to name just a few
