Planning Investigations Unit

The Planning Investigations Unit is responsible for the enforcement of the Wyndham Planning Scheme and compliance with issued Planning Permits.

Some of the breaches to the Planning Scheme which can be investigated are:

• Signage
• Use of Property or Premises
• Landscaping
• Native Vegetation Removals
• Liquor Licensing
• Home Occupation Uses
• Noise Nuisance
• Motor Vehicle Repairs
• Contamination Issues
• Construction Issues
• Soil Removal or Import of soil
• Unauthorised uses within a Residential Zone
• Subdivisions
• Satellite Dish Installations
• Heritage Protection
