- Brick fence (Where the fence runs along the easement)
- Any permanent, heavy weight structure

Please Note: Items that Council will not consider for approval on this application are:
- Habitable structures
- Swimming pools and spas (above or below ground)
Non Permanent Structures
Items that Council will consider for approval of this application are:
- Steel sheds, garden, garage etc…
- Pergolas & carports
- Concrete works
- Rainwater tanks
- Fences and retaining walls
- Brick fence (Where the fence will run across an easement)
- Cut & Fill of land.
- Any footings in the easement.

Stormwater Legal Point of Discharge
The application will provide the applicant with the location of the legal point of discharge for a property. Legal Point of discharge is a point where stormwater from the property is discharged into council’s drainage infrastructure.
