The Quality Community Plan (QCP) is a planning document covering 16 areas, identified through community consultation as the areas of most importance to Wyndham’s future.
The Plan is compiled by the Quality Community Plan Taskforce and was first launched in 1997 and updated in 2002. The Plan was again updated in 2007 by the Taskforce which developed a public engagement strategy which included forums, focus groups, workshops, surveys and questionnaires. Over 1200 residents and stakeholders provided input over a 12 month period.
