The Planning Investigations Unit is responsible for the enforcement of the Wyndham Planning Scheme and compliance with issued Planning Permits.

- Landscaping
- Native Vegetation Removals
- Liquor Licensing
- Home Occupation Uses
- Noise Nuisance
- Motor Vehicle Repairs
- Contamination Issues
- Construction Issues
- Soil Removal or Import of soil
- Unauthorised uses within a Residential Zone
- Subdivisions
- Satellite Dish Installations
- Heritage Protection
