D-Spec is the acronym for the Consultant/Developer Specifications for the Delivery of Digital Data to Local Government.
The project was initiated by a group of urban fringe Councils and now extends to a number of urban and rural Councils. It aims to streamline the processes undertaken to display drainage assets within each Council's Geographic Information System (GIS) and Asset Management System (AMS).
The D-Spec specifications are available to the development industry and are found on the D-Spec website below.
