The Wyndham City Council has made provision in the Business Agenda of the Ordinary Meeting of Council, to hold a public question time.

The standing orders of the Council will be suspended for consideration of these questions.

Questions (maximum of two per person) must be submitted in writing on this form and lodged in the box provided at the entrance to the Council Chamber, at the commencement of the meeting, prior to the scheduled commencement time of the meeting.
