How to make payment
BPAY
You need to contact your participating Financial Institution to make a payment. You will need the Biller Code Number and Customer Reference Number shown on the front of your notice.
NOTE:
- There are different BPAY Biller Codes for different payment types so please make sure you use the correct one shown on your notice
- There is a minimum payment amount of $20 for BPAY
Post Billpay
Online:
You will need the Billpay Code and Reference Number shown on your notice. Credit Cards are also accepted.
By phone:
You can pay via Post Billpay by phoning 131816.
You will need the Billpay Code and Bank Reference Number shown on the front of your notice.

In person
You can pay in person at one of our Customer Service Centres
You can use Mastercard and Visa, Eftpos, money order, cheque or cash*.
*Note: We can only accept cash payments at the Civic Centre. We cannot accept cash payments at other Customer Service Centres.

By mail
You can pay rates and charges by posting your cheque to:
